Description
A cold processed blend of fresh/frozen fruit, sugar and carefully selected
ingredients creating a freeze thaw stable high gloss cheesecake topping with all
the natural goodness, flavour, colour and appearance of the fruit maintained for maximum visual appeal. The flow characteristics are carefully controlled to
minimise settling of the fruit within the sauce.


Applications
Elgar cheesecake toppings are designed for automated or manual depositing onto chilled or frozen cheesecake guaranteeing the most eye catching results. Products are made to order and supplied chilled ready to use.
Product Options
Choose single fruits like strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, morello cherry, mandarin and lemon or combinations such as summer fruits, fruits of the forest or mixed berry (see our Fruit Selector Chart for more ideas). Products can be formulated with fruit content between 35% and 80% depending on your price, performance and shelf life requirements. We are able to develop both “organic” and “clean label” fruit preparations.

Products are supplied chilled with 8 weeks shelf life at 0ºC to 4ºC.
