Product Options
Available in single fruit varieties (with and without seeds) including apple, apricot, blueberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, strawberry and lemon together with combinations such as apple and blackberry, red fruits, mixed berry and fruits of the forest (see our Fruit Selector Chart for more ideas). Fruit content can be varied between 20% and 80% depending on your price, performance and shelf life requirements. Products are supplied chilled with up to 8 weeks pre-bake shelf life at 0ºC to 4ºC depending on fruit content and product formulation and up to 6 weeks post-bake shelf life.
