A cold processed blend of fresh/frozen fruit puree, sugar and carefully selected ingredients creating a freeze thaw stable injectable fruit filling for cakes, muffins and doughnuts whilst preserving all the natural goodness, flavour and colour of the fruit.

tray-bakes, muffins and doughnuts.

Product Options
Available in single fruit varieties such as raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, lemon and apricot, together with combinations such as summer fruits, winter fruits or mixed berry (see our Fruit Selector Chart for more ideas). More exotic fruit versions can be developed on request. Products can be formulated with fruit content anywhere between 35% and 80% depending on your price, performance and shelf life requirements. We are able to develop both “organic” and “clean label” fruit preparations. |
Our mincemeat has a shelf life of 52 weeks pre-bake and 8 weeks post-bake at ambient temperatures. Meanwhile, our other products are supplied chilled with 8 weeks pre-bake shelf life at 0ºC to 4ºC and up to 8 weeks post-bake shelf life depending on the formulation. |
