Raspberry consumed as whole fruit or as a food ingredient contributes significantly to the recommended daily intake of a healthy diet. Raspberry is rich in manganese, vitamin C and vitamin B-complex. Many other positive health effects are associated to raspberry. Raspberries contain a high level of antioxidants.
